Due to the COVID 19 epidemic, orders may be processed with a slight delay

We believe in doing a transparent business with our customers. Here is a quick overview of our terms and conditions (as we know you will not have time to read in detail)

  1. We do not take exchange of return after the order is placed. All products go through a quality check prior to dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund for the damaged product.
  2. You need to notify us within 2 working days (max 4 working days) in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through WhatsApp (8383902040) or email (info.decorneo@gmail.com) along with photos of the damaged piece.
  3. The damaged product should be returned to our warehouse to facilitate any exchange or refund, or as decided by the management.
  4. Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that.
  5. Though we have a double check process and an error rate of less than 0.5%, we still can’t rule out human error in packing. We suggest that you check every single piece upon receiving your shipment.
  6. In case we offer a refund, it will take 3 to 4 working days to do a bank transfer. If the refund is being made into the card through the payment gateway, it will take 12 to 14 days.
